Requirements for Tryouts
Physicals are due before Team Camp begins! You will not be allowed to participate without a physical.
FROM THE LC ATHLETIC DIRECTOR:
As of July 2022, every family must create a DragonFly account, which tracks required training and paperwork for all student-athletes. All physicals and supporting documents must be turned in online through the DragonFly account. Please remember that only parents create the account. Students do not create their own accounts. Each student will be added to their parent/guardian account. Click this DragonFly PDF link to review the signup directions.
An APS Physical and Concussion Management Course certificate is required to participate in tryouts.
